2.8.6.3: Manage Port Cargo Movements
'This process shall provide the capability to receive, store, manage, and distribute cargo-related operational and regulatory documents and information. The data managed by this process shall include manifests, bills of lading, stow plans, cargo availability notices, and cargo operations data. This process shall provide secure access, retrieval, visualization, and dissemination of cargo and shipment documentation to authorized port stakeholders. This process shall exchange cargo and shipment documentation between vessel systems, terminal systems, and external stakeholders.
