1.8.4: Provide Operator Interface for Traffic Regulation

This process shall manage the interface to the METR Rule-Maker Agent to support the management and coordination of traffic rules and regulations. This process shall receive inputs from the METR Rule-Maker Agent concerning new requests for regulations, approvals, input on discrepancies, instructions for distribution, or other feedback from the operator. Coordination with other agencies could include the development and approval of cross-agency plans for distributing regulations or coordinating how to deal with discrepancies. This process shall also display request for approval to the agent along with outputs to the agent such as feedback to previous inputs or information concerning requests for their approval.
