1.8.3.2: Manage Discrepancies in Traffic Regulation Distribution

This process shall manage discrepancies discovered in the distribution of traffic rules and regulations. This process shall receive consolidated discrepancy reports from other METR Distribution Centers and respectively processes each constituent discrepancy. This process shall generate discrepancy reports to send to the process in the METR system that handles the discrepancies, including coordinating the response to address them. This process shall also send information on locally discovered discrepancies and requests for discrepancy details on behalf of the local process to the other METR distribution centers.
