5.8.5: Monitor Emergency Personnel Movement On-Board

This process shall monitor the emergency personnel movements to identify when personnel are crossing the boundary between an incident scene and vehicle traffic. This process shall also be responsible for issuing an alert to the emergency personnel that is crossing the boundary. This process shall identify the location of emergency personnel and place this location within a map based representation of the incident scene. This map based monitoring shall be provided to the emergency personnel in the emergency vehicle. The process shall accept input from incident scene intrusion detection devices and issue alerts to emergency personnel based upon knowledge of the intrusion and where the emergency personnel are located.
